Fashion Fights Poverty celebrated 10 years of charity work with a Dress Responsibly Fashion Show, one of the largest fashion fundraisers in D.C., at the French Embassy on Friday night. The gala included a cocktail reception, runway show, participation from FFP Youth Programs and a celebration in partnership with the United Nations Association of the National Capital Area (UNA-NCA). Fashion Fights Poverty raises awareness for initiatives that encourage and support creative, effective and sustainable means of challenging poverty. I attended the event, received an award and spoke to models, supporters, and the gala’s event planner. Check it out!
